Join us for a live taping of That’s How I Remember It at One Longfellow Square in downtown Portland. Host Craig Finn (of The Hold Steady) will interview Guster's Ryan Miller In front a live audience. This podcast explores the connection between memory and creativity, diving into how artists transform life experiences into music and storytelling.

DAVE AND GUSTER'S ARCADE

We’ve teamed up with Arcadia, Portland’s retro arcade, for a special On The Ocean takeover—Dave & Guster's! This all-ages daytime event will be open exclusively for On The Ocean fans, featuring classic arcade games, pinball, and friendly competition. Think you can beat one of the band members' high scores? Come hang out, play some games, and be part of this unique festival experience!

SERVICE PROJECT

As part of On The Ocean, we’re teaming up with REVERB, Portland Trails, Preble Street, Surfrider and Bissell Brothers to give back to Portland. In past years we've worked with Portland Trails to clean up the paths leading to Thompson's Point. We'll continue that work this year along with two new service projects. We'll be working on food prep and preservation for future needs at Preble Street along with a beach clean up with Surfrider. Join us in giving back and making a lasting impact on Portland’s community!

CORNHOLE

We’ve partnered with our friends at Port City Cornhole to bring a fun and casual Cornhole Zone to Thompson's Point! While it’s not a tournament, their team will be onsite to keep games organized and the good times rolling.

Founded in early 2024, Port City Cornhole was created to bring people together through fun and friendly cornhole leagues and tournaments at local breweries and venues around Portland. Their goal is a welcoming community where everyone can enjoy casual competition, socialize, and support local Maine businesses.

KIDS ZONE AT THE MUSEUM!

We’re excited to partner with the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine to offer On The Ocean ticket holders free afternoon entry each festival day, complete with arts & crafts, an outdoor play area, and an ice cream truck. With the museum located right next to Thompson’s Point, it’s the perfect spot for families to have fun before heading back to the music!

Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine will be open to families who have a paid admisison to the thompson's point shows. just show your tickets or wristband for entry to the museum.

Saturday and Sunday from 4:30–6:30 pm.
