Getting There by Car
From downtown Portland, head north on Congress Street until the road ends at a stone monument overlooking Casco Bay. Turn right onto the Eastern Promenade and drive about 1/4 mile with the park on your left. Then take a sharp left onto Cutter Street and follow it down to the waterfront. Portland Paddle is located at the end of the road beside the East End Boat Launch.
Walking or Biking
From the Old Port, it's roughly a 1-mile walk or ride along the scenic Eastern Promenade Trail. Follow the trail until you reach Cutter Street and look for the Portland Paddle sandwich board sign. If you're staying in the Old Port area, we recommend taking this beautiful route along the harbor.

Free public parking is available near the beach. Most spaces do not have time restrictions during the day, but be sure to read posted signs to confirm.
